Have you ever flipped a HUD house before? One of the best things about buying and flipping HUD houses is that you don’t have spend any marketing to find these deals. These houses are available for free online, if you just know where to look. A lot of new real estate investors really like to see pictures of successful projects. What did the property look like before, and what did the house look like after when it was time to put it back on the market and sell it?
We recently bought one of these houses and flipped it for profit. In the video below, I wanted to walk you through the inside of this house. One of the reasons that we got such a good deal on this property is because the previous owner “stole” the kitchen out of the house before he lost it to foreclosure. I don’t mean just the cabinets, he took the faucet, the sink, AND the appliances. Because it had no kitchen, this house didn’t qualify for convention funding. That makes it an investor special!
